The finest electrical workers in the country receive their training through the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee of National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
It’s a model education partnership which produces the best-trained, most up-to-date electrical apprentices and journeymen in the country. All of the $100 million annually spent is privately funded.

Ivy Tech Gen Ed Classes will begin the 2nd week of September, for 1st and 2nd years. History of Organized Labor for 1st year and Tech Writing and Finance for 2nd year. 3rd year will have History of Organized Labor in January.
1st, 4th and 5th years will have class on Monday and Wednesday.
2nd and 3rd years will have class on Tuesday and Thursday.
Telecomm will have class on Monday and Wednesday.
Classes will begin for all student on September 6th @ 5:30pm at Ivy Hall Auditorium.
